Disclosures:
Due to individual state shipping restrictions, Amador Foothill Winery can only ship to the following states: CA, CO, IA, ID, FL, MN, MO, NV, WI. Some additional restrictions may apply. An adult signature is required to receive wine. By joining, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older, and give permission to Amador Foothill Winery to charge your credit card the applicable fees at the time of shipment. After the first three shipments you may cancel your club membership by giving written notice at least 10 working days before the next shipment.

You may elect to pick up your wines at the winery. An e-mail address will be required so that we can notify you when the wines are ready to be picked up. If you do not make arrangements to pick up your wine by the shipment date, the wine will be shipped to you and your credit card charged for the shipment.

Additional restrictions:
Many states restrict the total amount of wine we can ship to a consumer each year.

MN: Minnesota state law expressly prohibits purchasing wine over the internet. Thus, we cannot accept internet enrollment in our wine club from MN residents. You may sign up in person or by telephone.

NV: Nevada residents will be charged applicable NV taxes on the wines purchased. We are required to collect and remit taxes to the state.

WI: Additional information required for enrollment: Date of Birth of enrollee. In addition, if the wine is delivered to (signed for by) someone other than the club member, that persons Date of Birth will also be requested. (Wisconsin requires we report all wine shipments to consumers.)
