What is ZAP? ZAP is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating the general public on the unique contribution of the Zinfandel grape to America and to the world of wine. ZAP brings together people dedicated to Zinfandel, who are knowledgeable about its virtues and are willing to support educational programs about Zinfandel's character, quality and place in the pantheon of the world's great wines. Who are ZAP Members? ZAP members come from all walks of life. We are educators, students, professionals, wine makers, wine drinkers, wine collectors, mom, pop, and the guy down the street. Actually ZAP members are just about anyone who admits to appreciating the common bond and enjoyment of Zinfandel. |
